Hot on the heels of burgeoning customer demand, Waterguard is thrilled to announce the extension of its ordering capabilities – with an all-new e-commerce function!

Until now, Waterguard products were only available to purchase via phone or email – with assigned project managers supporting on the individual needs of each enquiry. But as research trends, as well as an increasing volume of requests, continued to uncover a need for a more flexible and efficient service, we were keen to evolve our offering.

While the initial launch is set to include just our residential water leak detections for now – the Home and Solo – this investment is only the first in a series of developments set to enhance the customer experience and make the ordering process more seamless.

General manager, Claire Mason, commented: “Expanding our distribution channels is a natural extension of our business, as well as an organic way to increase access to our sought-after suite of leak detection technology.

“Although contractors traditionally make up a significant proportion of our customer base, we’ve seen a growing trend of direct consumer interest – which I suspect comes as a combined result of the growing knowledge of leak detection and the associated risks, as well as the rising volatility of home-associated costs.

“Property owners are rightfully keeping a watchful eye over their utilities, and state-of-the-art leak detection technology provides that extra peace of mind that water isn’t going to waste – incurring extra costs in use or damage.”

The new e-commerce function not only affords greater choice and around-the-clock access to selected products, it also enables faster transactions to enhance the customer experience.
