Installation FAQsQ. We cannot get any water after installation. The Solo has a solid red light on and cannot get water by putting valve in bypass?
A. Check valve wiring, ensure the red and black wire in VC are the correct way round. Also make sure the valve is installed in the correct position.
Q. Having issues with the backup batteries dying?
A. During installation the Solo must not be powered by the backup battery. If this is done the controls will need replacing. Ensure to read the installation instructions in full.
