The Waterguard Home system protects many properties by timing the water flowing through the pipes. Each time running water stops, the time is reset.
The user sets the maximum time allowable of continuous water flow when the property is occupied. This is known as Low Guard and ranges from 1 – 30 minutes. And the same for when the property is unoccupied, known as High Guard which ranges from 0 – 2 minutes.
If the maximum time is exceeded on either guard level, the stop valve is automatically activated to shut off the water supply, protecting the property from the damage caused by burst and leaking pipes.
Wireless reset fobs are also available to reinstate the water supply from anywhere in the property.
The Waterguard Home includes only WRAS approved plumbing components.
Designed to protect property owners from the effects of escape of water, the Waterguard Home is a flexible automatic shut off system that is language free and simple to install, with minimal maintenance.
The Waterguard Home is a residential water leak prevention system most suitable for individual dwellings but can be used in high rise and multi-occupancy properties as well as small offices.
